  1. These are brilliant! The 2nd one is what my mind is like with anxiety, just a total mish-mash of constant thoughts and worries and overthinking. No.10 made me chuckle! Taking a lighter touch to something so serious can, I think, help ease the weight of it a bit. I’ve needed my sense of humour a lot to get me through physical and mental health issues, which is why I think memes like this can be great in raising awareness and giving people a chuckle.
